1.1 Services
EduAiTutors provides:
Online tutoring for Grade 1 to Grade 12 students
Competitive examination preparation (JEE, NEET, CET, and others)
Live classes, recorded lectures, assessments, and learning management services
1.2 User Accounts
Accounts must be created using accurate and complete information
For students under 18 years, accounts must be created by parents or legal guardians
Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
1.3 Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
Share login credentials
Misuse content or platform features
Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Attempt to disrupt platform security or operations
1.4 Intellectual Property
All content including videos, course material, assessments, logos, and software is the intellectual property of EduAiTutors or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or resell content without written permission.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
2.1 Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions by contacting support before the course start date
2.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
Technical issues prevent access to services
Course cancellation by EduAiTutors
2.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
3. Parental Consent Policy
EduAiTutors provides services to minors under 18 years of age. By registering a student account, the parent or legal guardian confirms:They provide consent for data collection and processingThey authorize EduAiTutors to deliver online education servicesThey understand the nature of online learning and data usage
